Data Entry Specialist - Fisher Associates

Collect rent for a residential management company. Interact with property manager and L&T lawyer. Must be aggressive, organized and deal well with others. We own and manage over 2000 stabilized, Decontrolled, sec-8 and commercial units. Experience with Sec-8 a plus.

We require a candidate with proficient data entry skills in Adobe Acrobat, to assist in editing a book. This task needs to be completed today, with an estimated duration of 6-7 hours. The work location is near Columbia University.

Personal Assistant (Entry-Level or Experienced) We are looking for reliable individuals to support a private landlord with day-to-day tasks.
