Responsibilities: • Operate a bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations, • Follow designated routes and schedules, making necessary adjustments when required, • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by providing assistance when needed and maintaining a clean bus, • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition, • Maintain a clean and orderly bus, including regular cleaning of the interior and exterior, • Report any maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate authorities, • Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing their personal belongings, • Follow emergency procedures and respond to incidents in accordance with company protocols, • Keep records of miles driven, fuel usage, and other required documentation, • Stay updated on company policies and safety procedures Qualifications:, • Fully Licensed with Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), • Possesses Passenger 16+ endorsement and no air brake restriction, • 22 years of age or older, • Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen, • Full-time employment consideration only, • Ability to work varied schedule based on regional driver needs Benefits • Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, • 401K with company-matched contributions, • Life Insurance, • Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Days, • Free Travel Passes, • Annual Uniform Allowance, • Driver Union membership & representation, • Career Advancement Opportunities Compensation Range: USD $29.40 - USD $31.28 /Hr.
