We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tow Truck Driver that can providing essential towing and roadside assistance services to our customers. Key Responsibilities: • Safely operate tow trucks to transport disabled or impounded vehicles and private property, • Respond to roadside assistance calls, including jump starts, and etc., • Conduct vehicle recovery using appropriate equipment and safety procedures., • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tow trucks and equipment., • Maintain accurate records of services performed., • Ensure excellent customer service, treating all clients with professionalism and respect. Requirements: • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record., • Proven experience as a tow truck driver, • Strong knowledge of vehicle recovery techniques and safety protocols., • Ability to work Monday thru Friday and every other weekend available, • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Tow two cars one in the flatbed and the other on the wheel lift

Position Overview: As a part of our dedicated team, CDL Drivers will be operating a SiteOne vehicle to deliver world-class service and landscape, nursery, forestry, and irrigation products to our customers. CDL Drivers are also responsible for loading and unloading trucks in addition to working with teammates to ensure the branch is operating successfully. This position will include the use of in-vehicle dash cameras to ensure the safety of SiteOne drivers, workforce, and the general public. In-vehicle dash cameras are designed to enhance job performance, driver and public safety, and provide assistance in critical situations. What you’ll do: Operate vehicle in accordance with local, state and federal transportation regulations Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person or over the phone Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance Assist with other branch responsibilities as needed Do no obstruct or interfere with in-vehicle dash cameras, which must remain on during working time. Cameras may be turned off during off-duty time. Adhere to all SiteOne safety and security protocols, including but not limited to required use of in-vehicle dash cameras.
