- Perform professional dog grooming services, including washing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing.
- Travel to clients’ locations within our service area in a well-maintained mobile grooming van.
- Handle a variety of dog breeds and temperaments with professionalism and care. Cats being a plus:)
- Create a calm and safe environment for each dog, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to assess their dogs' grooming needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming van, ensuring all tools and supplies are in good working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction with each grooming session.
- Follow proper pet care guidelines, health and safety protocols, and company policies.
- Keep detailed records of each dog’s grooming services and any special notes about their behavior or health.
- Represent Laundromutt with a positive attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail.
