  Job Description Field-Based | Uncapped Commission On-Target Earnings: • Year 1: $85,000-$95,000, • Year 2: $100,000–$115,000 About this Outside Sales Role Join Hibu as an Outside Sales Representative and take charge of a territory where you'll spend your days meeting local business owners, building meaningful relationships, and delivering high‑impact digital marketing solutions. This is a true hunter role, complete with a protected territory, uncapped commission potential, and ongoing residuals that reward your long‑term success.
