We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dry Cleaner expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery, contributing to the overall quality of our services. This position requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality in our operations.
Duties
Operate various types of machinery used in the laundering and cleaning processes, ensuring optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to uphold operational efficiency.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to services offered.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Utilize basic math skills for measuring and mixing cleaning solutions as needed.
Should be available for Drop off and Pick Up after regular hours. (Minimum 3- 4 days a week)
Experience
Mandatory experiences in Dry Cleaning Business.
HydroCarbon Dry Cleaning machine.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Basic math skills for accurate handling of measurements and transactions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Good to Have:
Boiler License
Driving License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
