Join our Early Intervention team! We are looking for Early Childhood Special-ed teachers, SLP's, OT's and PT's! In this vital role, you will provide therapy and support to young children in either their home or school setting. Your energetic approach will help foster developmental progress during the crucial early years, making a lasting impact on children's lives.
Duties
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's developmental stage and needs
- Deliver engaging sessions that incorporate play-based activities suitable for early childhood
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate them on strategies to support their child's development at home
- Monitor progress regularly and adjust intervention plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and community resources to support holistic child development
Skills
- Proven experience working with pediatric populations in early intervention or school settings
- Familiarity with patient care practices specific to pediatrics and early childhood development
- Ability to perform thorough patient assessments
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for supporting early intervention initiatives that foster lifelong communication skills
