The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on residential heating and cooling systems. The goal is to ensure systems are operating efficiently, safely, and reliably while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems, including cleaning, inspecting, and testing equipment., • Check system components such as thermostats, electrical connections, condensate drains, motors, filters, and refrigerant levels., • Identify potential issues and recommend repairs or replacements when necessary., • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and customer interactions., • Follow company safety procedures and adhere to all local, state, and federal HVAC codes., • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about findings, recommendations, and system performance., • Ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are properly maintained and organized., • Assist other team members and departments as needed to support daily operations.
