Job SummarySquare Enix is looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to handle various aspects of its global Square Enix Online Store business. The position will be responsible for assisting the eCommerce teams in areas of warehouse management, inventory tracking, web producing, email marketing, promotion planning, consumer acquisitions, and day-to-day tasks of the eCommerce team.Responsibilities* Manage the daily functions of the Square Enix Online Store, including inventory management and promotional calendars.* Utilize enterprise Content Management System in areas of product, inventory, pricing and order management.* Build and own the master content catalog for the Square Enix online store.* Curate and format new content for our online store; review content to ensure it meets Square Enix?s standards and fix any style, copy, or layout errors as needed.* Set up marketing promotions throughout the calendar year.* Coordinate newsletters with internal and external teams for review and approval processes.* Produce all creative elements for promotional banners, flyers, ad units, and emails.* Track and report Ecommerce metrics on all website with the broader team to identify key insights and opportunities for improvement.* Support general Ecommerce initiatives by taking ownership of key projects and driving them forward to completion.* Managing ordering import music CDs from the external Japanese music division.* Support customer service issues and report any major issue to eCommerce Manager.* Ideate with Square Enix Members teams to create retention programs for new and existing customers.* Support consumer acquisition initiatives at consumer shows throughout the year.* Work with in collaboration with European office to manage the global eCommerce business.* Some travel may be required.Knowledge and Experience* Bachelor?s Degree required.* 2 - 4 years of online marketing experience preferred with at least 2 years managing an ecommerce rela...
