WHAT IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER? Your primary responsibility is to learn the products, services, and customers while increasing the sales on accounts you manage. In this role, you will educate and engage customers about the benefits of our client’s products and services, relying on state-of-the-art contact center technology, learning the latest customer service and sales strategy.
