This position will report directly to the local Plant Manager and functionally to the Regional Director of Human Resources.Business Administration* Create purchase orders for all non-production material and outside services, such as certain production materials (local suppliers, specials) and office supplies* Receiving system transactions for all items received (production/OPC/OSC/office)* Coordinate outside services and outsourced operations* Coordinate / process / distribute all requests for certifications* AP invoice follow up and resolution of issues (quantity, price, etc.)* Applicable S/OX reports* Coordinate local events, working lunches, guest requirements, etc.* Manage office supply inventory and ordering* Perform receptionist duties at the front desk, including answering call and greeting customers, vendors, and other visitorsHuman Resources* Management of time keeping, attendance points, timecard auditing, and exception resolution* Tracking of EE vacation / other PTO codes* Payroll reports* Coordinate local benefit announcements / enrollments* Properly onboard all new employees, ensuring compliance along with a welcoming new hire experience* Maintain EE personnel files (performance reviews, attendance points, disciplin...
