Required Qualifications 8+ years of Routing Development Experience in Contact Center Solutions (Voice, IVR and Multi-channel) 8+ years of experience with configuration management tools 8+ years of experience in JavaJ2EE, SOAP Restful Web services. 8+ years of experience with Subversion Git Code Hub, Tomcat 5+ years of experience managing large teams in a matrixed organization Experience in developing Routing workflows using Composer IRD Experience in designing, developing and debugging routing solutions implemented using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine and URS Working knowledge of GenesysCisco Framework, reporting, routing and multi-channel componen...
