Learn the latest customer service techniques answering incoming calls and providing support to only inbound customers. You will be shared between a set number of projects taking only inbound service request. Some sales will be required but customer service is the main priority. Full-Time or Part-Time. Inbound Only. Base + Bonuses. This position is located on-site in our Beverly, MA office.
