Essential Duties, Critical Success Factors, Responsibilities, Authorities and Required Interactions: The Sr. Manager, Global Internal Communications is a dynamic, creative leader who designs, plans and executes a world-class global internal communications program. The successful candidate will work directly with the Vice President Human Resources, President, Senior Leadership team as well as the business units and Human Resources to develop a consistent tone and voice for BEC LS. The communications will build and strengthen associate engagement worldwide, connecting our people with BEC LS through the coordinated and integrated use of the latest print, intranet, video and social media tools available. The Sr. Manager will also support acquisition communications as well as global corporate change projects producing high-impact, high-value messages that support our associates’ ability to do their work and grow the business. The successful candidate will continuously improve our strategy, communications tools and programs. Essential Job Functions:Strategy, Planning and Processes – understand the needs of all internal stakeholder groups; analyze effectiveness of existing internal communication channels; remain informed of best practices in the profession; design a creative communications strategy and annual delivery plan for high-value, engaging associate communications; create a framework for repeatable processes/guidelines that can be implemented locally by management for staff in various regions; represent BEC LS on the Global Danaher Communications & Engagement CouncilIntranet and Social Media– lead the strategic thinking, design, and development and promotion of the BEC LS global intranet; determine the most effective ways to leverage intranet and social media tools to support the global associate base; expand functionality, create content, and maintain the site to ensure it is seen as a relevant, timely reso...
