We are currently looking for a Pastry Cook to join our Mozza pastry team!
Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza are owned by Chef, Author and James Beard Award Winners Nancy Silverton and Joe Bastianich.
Primary repsonsibilities and requirements include:
plating of all dessert items
executing recipes perfectly (including gelato, sorbetto and pastries)
attention to detail
ability to work neatly and in an organized fashion
help maintain proper inventory, light production and proper cleaning methods
must follow all safety protocols put into place as required by the CA Dept of Health
This position is full time (must be flexible in scheduling). You must be available to work weekends and hoildays.
