Director of Marketing.
AmeriVet's Director of Marketing will report to the Vice President of Operations and work cross-functionally within the company to help develop and drive overall marketing strategy. This role will have a strong focus on creating marketing content for a multi-site organization, support and manage a marketing team, and provide oversight on all budget, in depth analysis, and strategy execution. Responsibilities--- Lead and oversee the marketing department --- Plan, direct, and coordinate all marketing efforts--- Communicate effectively on all marketing plans--- Perform research on demand for services as it relates to the veterinary industry--- Identify and target potential clients --- Develop and manage all advertising campaigns--- Build and maintain brand awareness--- Coordinate and oversee marketing projects to completion --- Organize company conferences and major events--- Develop, optimize, and oversee execution of digital marketing strategy --- Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing--- Development of multi-site and multi-department marketing strategy--- Oversee and own website performance, optimizing functionality and visibility Supervisory Responsibilities--- Manage and support a team of marketing coordinators--- Oversee budget and expenses --- Ensure accuracy in execution of all marketing campaigns; digital, social, email, etc.--- Ability to lead a team to complete tasks on multiple projects at a time.
Qualifications:The ideal candidate with have a combination of the following education and experience:--- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related fields --- 5 years of experience within the veterinary industryOR--- Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related fields --- 10 years of supervisory experience Requirements:--- Experience in healthcare (human or animal) is strongly desired--- Experience with multi-site operations...
