Position: Inside Sales Representative Job Description:As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be selling Arrow's linecard of passive, electromechanical, and connector products, and bethe daily contact for customers and suppliers. What You'll BeDoing: Managing the overall account relationship by providingstrategic service and support to assigned customer base. Maximizemargins, gain market share, and drive value-added solution selling.Working with internal and external resources, provide customerservice, often facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfillingdemand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, providing engineeringsupport, and troubleshooting other customer problems. Functioningas key liaison between suppliers and customers to build andestablish long-term business partnerships for Arrow. Responsiblefor Sales Excellence through the development and management ofcustomer strategy in assigned account territory. Sell and driveSolutions Selling within the approved account level strategy.Requires knowledge of competitive landscape in the market and theability to make sales decisions based on that information.Responsible for on-going Sales Support activities for the Order toInvoice process. Owns the customer interface for backend Qualityprocesses: corrective actions, Field Quality Reports. Owns andMaintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity tominimize write offs/bill backs. Owns the customer interface forimportant Credit and Financial Information as well as coordinationof all available resources and support functions.
