OfficeTeam is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join a busy call center in the El Segundo, CA area! The ideal candidate will be experienced people with great customer service skills. This person must have previous experience working in a busy call center environment, knowledge of order allocation, and great customer service skills.
SUPERVISION: Reports directly to the Customer Service Manager. Position may also work directly with the CFO.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Order allocation and order entry responsibilities include reviewing customer orders, handling communication regarding customer orders with customers and sales agents, inputting changes to customer orders, production of pick tickets, reviewing open orders and providing shipping status to customers.
•Invoicing, preparing daily reports and applying customer payments to accounts.
•Handling inbound communications (email, phone, chat), provide product and service information from customers/consumers.
•Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service support.
•Provide main support in general administrative and clerical tasks that include answering phones, maintaining office supplies, scanning, postage, office upkeep, running office errands, etc.
•Assist in other projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
(A) Graduation from an accredited four year college/university (preferred)
(B) 2+ years of customer service, ERP allocation and order entry experience (both EDI and non-EDI accounts)
(C) 1-2+ years DTC/e-commerce, online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc), Freshdesk (or similar platform)
(D) 1-2+ years receptionist experience
