Office Services Specialist.
International law firm is seeking an Office Services Specialist for their Los Angeles office. Must have at least 2 years' experience with scanning and copying documents, preferably within a legal or corporate services environment. Additional responsibilities include distributing incoming mail, inventory control, ordering supplies and setting up new offices. Ideal candidate is proactive with a positive attitude, always thinking ahead and helping out wherever is needed.
