Description Robert Half Technology is in URGENT need of a Help Desk Analyst II for a prestigious technology company in West LA. This will be a 2 month contract-to-hire opportunity with the possibility of joining their team permanently. The Help Desk Analyst II will be responsible for be providing tier I support. Candidate will be performing level I duties through ticketing, phone and deskside support in a windows environment. They are looking for a someone with good communication, team oriented and has previous experience in a corporate environment. This candidate will be the key centerpiece in streamlining the help desk by manually routing tickets and following up on outstanding tickets routing them again. No Tier II or II support will be required.
