Kelly Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their client in Plano, TX for a 12 month temporary assignment. Pay rate: $22.95/hr Job description: Ã¯?Â® Manages accounts
o Cultivate and foster positive relationship with customer via constant communication.
o Escalation – decision to be made if required
o Data on PO incorrect
Ã¯?• Contacting internally and externally to resolve
o Follow-up ongoing
• Using checklist to ensure accurate processing
Ã¯?• Understand audit process to ensure accurate processing
o Setup new customers
Ã¯?• Understanding of process through organization to complete setup.
o Daily management of PO inbox and ZORD system.
o Daily management of quotes RE’d.
o Daily review/manage order and item blocks within SAP.
o Respond to customer emails (internal and external) within 24 hour period to ensure customer satisfaction
o Managing credit card customers. (see below for details)
o Managing the ES Sample Order process
Ã¯?Â® Knowledgeable of SAP
o Understand material availability
Ã¯?• Analyze accounts where do they fall among other orders
• Escalate, negotiate, follow-up
o Analyze backlog consistently throughout the week to ensure financial, OTD metrics and Customer Satisfaction is met.
Ã¯?Â® Knowledgeable of customer’s PO systems
o Understand how they link with SAP
Ã¯?• Issues analyzed to resolve with internal and external teams
Ã¯?• Examples of customer systems: New Horizons, iSupplier, JP Morgan, Ariba, etc.
Ã¯?• Transfer of information between multiple portals, i.e. Lineage Power Mexico.
Ã¯?Â® Knowledgeable of internal teams outside of customer service
o Assist in resolving issues or concerns with system, product, material, shipping, returns
o Understand Supply Chain regarding 3rd Party.
o Understand roles and responsibilities of all personnel to better able to resolve daily issues.
