In this role, you will manage and optimize the day-to-day execution of the digital marketing strategy for customer acquisition, retention and subscription nurturing and own digital media across all paid channels - Display, Programmatic, Direct, Paid Social, Affiliate, SEM and more. You must be able to work independently, cross-functionally and as part of close-knit, exceptionally nimble Digital team in a fast-paced, ever-changing entrepreneurial environment. You're passionate about DTC marketing and the role digital advertising plays in the customer journey. You are results-focused, growth-driven and, at the same time, a strategic-minded brand builder. An impeccable work ethic, honesty, integrity and intelligence are absolute requirements for this position.
