Inside Sales - Boat Engine Parts - Bilingual.
In this role you are responsible for all aspects of sales for marine parts. This includes taking great care of customers, creating estimates and quotes, when necessary, sourcing and researching parts online, reading engine schematics, sales follow up, expediting order fulfillment, keeping returns to a minimum, processing returns and credits as appropriate, and for meeting both personal and departmental sales team targets. In this role you represent the company to our customers and the boating community. As a sales professional you will ensure that the part the customer is asking for is truly the part they need and always look for additional revenue opportunities. You’ll take pride in our showroom as your selling environment, so optimal stocking of the shelves is a critical component of your role. You will maintain our customer database by making sure that all information on new and existing customers is accurate and up to date. You will assist our team of technicians with sourcing parts and ensure all parts that have been dispensed are accounted for on the repair order. Most importantly you will deliver TOP Notch customer service expectations and standards to everyone, always! Requirements: Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required. 4 + years of relevant industry experience in marine part sales is ideal, minimum acceptable 2 years. Must have knowledge of outboard marine engines and their parts along with good overall knowledge of boats, engines and mechanics . Engine knowledge may include Honda, Mercury, Evinrude, Yamaha, etc. Prior experience with Microsoft Office and the internet. Additional software desired would be Lightspeed and Part Smart software.
