What your role as a Tier 1 Advisor will include: Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction Manage inbound technical support calls for various mobile devices and computer hardware and software. Assist with email account setup Troubleshoot video, mp3 and application downloads Assist customers with back up of devices and software updates
