We are looking for a Channel Manager to work with our expert Cytiva West team and our Distributors in growing our Consumables business. Do you have a passion for Channel and Consumables? What you’ll do Actively manage the Channel, consisting of Distribution, Digital, and Direct for our Consumables business Collaborate within a team environment, consisting of Cytiva Associates (Consumables Specialists, Lab Filtration Specialists, Account Managers, Marketing, Sales Operations, among others) Maintain a high level of competence on Life Sciences’ products, customers, and applications Develop strategy with key Distributors within West Zone, to include establishing sales targets, field activation, sales engagement, training, marketing, operational, and digital plans, and execute to deliver results Build relationships with Distributor Management in the West Zone in order to collaborate at customer accounts, develop strategic plans, and engage the field sales teams to deliver sales results Who you are 4 years of Channel experience in the Life Sciences’ industry Proven record of consistently exceeding sales targets (across multiple years) Demonstrate a high level of competence on Life Sciences' customers, workflow, and applications ...
