General Manager.

As the General Manager of 10e, you will be responsible for the following: 

Timely, flexible, and highly motivated leader

Strong history of managing FOH team for pre-shift, service, and post-shift 

Complete FOH hiring and scheduling 

Ability to bridge communication between BOH and FOH effectively 

General kitchen knowledge

Fluent in POS systems management and reservation system management 

Provide oversight for bar operations 

Able to complete miscellaneous tasks as necessary (i.e. clear tables, manage customer experience, resolve conflicts between staff, etc.) 

Proficient in payroll management and distribution 

Ability to manage and elevate Marketing/PR for social media and other online presence 

Understanding of food safety knowledge

Manage profit and losses and complete basic accounting for restaurant
