What your days will look like:
Assist with any front-desk duties as needed.
Support directors, managers, and executives for projects!
Prepare paperwork and reports on Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
Route calls on a multi-line phone.
Respond to high-volume inbound calls and emails.
Make follow-up outbound calls to clients to ensure accurate information.
Schedule departmental meetings and appointments on Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar.
Maintain front-desk area and office space.
Copying, scanning, and filing (electronic and manual files).
Manage inventory and order supplies.

Regular Monday - Friday, 8-5 work schedule!!

What is required for this position?
Hard working and positive attitude.
Proven record for perfect attendance
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to type at least 45 WPM.
