This is a work from home position and we can consider candidates from hundreds of cities across the US - you do not have to live in the city where this is posted to apply. What your role as a Tier 1 Advisor will include: Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction Manage inbound technical support calls for various mobile devices and computer hardware and software. Assist with email account setup Troubleshoot video, mp3 and application downloads Assist customers with back up of devices and software updates

Job Requirements:

A quiet workspace free from background noise and interruptions. Proficiency in computer operating systems and computer technology. Ability to multitask in a high-volume call center environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Passion for troubleshooting technology Capacity to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. High school diploma or equivalent Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment screening and criminal background check.
