Discover why U.S. News & World Report has named us one of America's Best Hospitals!What will I be doing in this role?As a member of the professional management staff in Cedars-Sinai's Division of Advancement, the Associate Director, Donor Relations is responsible for the comprehensive management and long-term donor engagement strategic plan. You will ensure donor retention, increased giving and support long-term philanthropic relationships for the larger Health System and its affiliates. Responsible for the management, timely implementation and assessment of a comprehensive Donor Relations program. This includes donor reporting, recognition and engagement guidelines, recognition events, donor signage, giving opportunity inventories, benefits, specialized stewardship plans, acknowledgments, customized leadership correspondence, related stewardship communications and maintenance and execution of donor intent. The Associate Director is involved in the planning, and execution of strategic initiatives that will impact the business unit and the organization. Works with the Director of Donor Services and other partners on Health System-wide stewardship activities and strategies, campaign initiatives and special projects.
