Job Title: Executive Assistant (with Pick & Pack & Inventory Experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our management team, while also assisting with pick & pack operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and personal support to company executives
Organize and manage schedules, meetings, and communications
Assist with pick & pack processes for outgoing orders
Help manage stock inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping
Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics when needed
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an executive assistant or in administrative support
Experience in pick & pack operations and inventory handling is an advantage
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills and ability to multitask
Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently
Preferably male due to the physical nature of some tasks
