EXPERIENCED WAXER NEEDED — MUST DO MALE + FEMALE BRAZILIANS | COMMISSION ONLY - The Wax Den Studio and Spa

The award-winning Wax Den studio is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced, skilled waxer who can confidently perform Brazilian services on both women AND men. If you’re fast, clean, and take pride in high-level work, you’ll fit right in.
This is a 1099 commission-only role with strong earning potential for the right technician — no hourly rate.
We are 100% dedicated to customer service and our ideal team member loves working around people.
Position Summary

• you will be responsible for waxing male and female clients; male Brazilian skills preferred
• handling challenges and explaining our products and services
• responsible for keeping operations running smoothly
• contributing to the overall cleanliness of the store and any other duties deemed necessary
  You will report directly to the salon coordinator.

• MUST deliver clean results with professional techniques
• MUST be licensed in NJ (Esthetician or Cosmetologist)
• MUST understand 1099 independence

  COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
  Designed to protect your time and reward performance.
  BASE COMMISSION:
• 30% of service revenue
  PERFORMANCE TIERS:
• 35% once you hit $3,500/week in service revenue
• 40% once you hit $5,000/week in service revenue
  (You earn more only when you’re producing more — high performers win big.)
  RETAIL COMMISSION:
• 15% on all product sales
