Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.). Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
