Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Auto Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will guide customers through vehicle selection, process paperwork, and help them secure financing or leasing options. Your goal is to meet individual and dealership sales targets while providing a superior buying experience at Gregoris Subaru. Key Responsibilities * Greet prospective customers in a friendly, professional manner; build rapport and assess needs. * Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and technical specifications to help customers choose the right car. * Arrange and accompany customers on test drives. * Generate leads via walk-ins, phone, email, referrals, and internet inquiries. * Follow up with prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, text) to convert leads into sales. * Advise customers on financing, leasing, trade-in values, rebate programs, incentives, and promotions. * Work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department to finalize contracts, financing and lease paperwork. * Negotiate purchase terms (price, trade-ins, fees) while maintaining dealership profitability. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and inventory within the CRM system. * Coordinate with other departments — service, parts, and delivery — to ensure smooth customer transition and delivery process. * Keep inventory floor and lot appearance pristine; ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and displayed properly. * Stay current with manufacturer tools, product updates, and Subaru’s incentive programs, guarantees, and trade-in or trade-up programs. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. * Provide after-sale follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, solicit feedback, encourage referrals and repeat business. * Participate in promotional events, dealership sales campaigns, and community outreach as needed. * Handle customer objections constructively and persistently until a resolution is reached. Qualifications * Prior experience in automotive sales or other high-volume, commission-based sales roles preferred. * Strong negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and remain organized. * Familiarity with finance, leasing, trade-in evaluation, and dealer incentive programs. * Comfortable using CRM tools to track leads, customer follow-ups, and reporting. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Bilingual candidates a plus. * Valid driver’s license. Clean driving record is helpful. * Customer-centric attitude; ability to build trust and long-term relationships. * Professional presentation and appearance. * Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
