Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals.
- Lead group classes in various formats, including kickboxing, dance, cycle, CrossFit, and more.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, anatomy knowledge, and the importance of health and wellness.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure optimal results.
- Provide support and motivation to clients during workouts to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment by following health and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to continuously improve program offerings.
Skills - Strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology.
- Experience in personal training or sports coaching is preferred.
- Proficiency in program design for various fitness levels.
- Ability to lead classes in kickboxing, dance, cycle, CrossFit, or other fitness disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster a positive atmosphere.
