As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for guests at various events, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and set up banquet tables, chairs, and place settings according to event specifications and diagrams., • Serve plated meals, buffets, and beverages efficiently and courteously to event attendees., • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally., • Clear tables and maintain a tidy banquet area throughout the event., • Assist with the breakdown of event spaces, including cleaning and storing equipment., • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and other team members to ensure seamless service., • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a banquet, catering, or restaurant serving role is preferred., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and a positive attitude., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail., • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods., • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by event schedules., • A professional appearance and demeanor.
