We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish. As a server, you will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and anticipate guest needs while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and input them into the POS system.
Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
Provide recommendations on menu items and offer additional options such as daily specials or promotions.
Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and server station.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail selections.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Food handler's certification (may be required depending on local regulations).
