This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Technologist at Allied Food Products, Inc. located in Linden, NJ. The Food Technologist will be responsible for developing and improving food products, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with food regulations.
Qualifications
Knowledge of food science, food safety, and food production processes
Experience in recipe development (especially seasonings), food testing, and sensory evaluation
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
