We are a boutique, family-focused pediatric dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality, stress-free care to our young patients. We’re seeking an engaging, dependable Front Desk Coordinator / Dental Receptionist to join our team and help keep our office running seamlessly.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome Families: Be the friendly face of our practice—greeting parents and children with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Manage Scheduling & Phones: Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments using Open Dental, and keep daily schedule flows predictable.
- Patient Intake & Verification: Assist with checking patients in/out, updating patient records, and verifying dental insurance eligibility.
- Keep Communication Flowing: Provide clear, friendly information to parents and coordinate seamlessly with our clinical team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dental Office Experience: 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical front desk role preferred.
- Open Dental Proficiency: Experience with Open Dental (or strong, quick-learning proficiency with modern dental practice management software) is a huge plus!
- Kid-Friendly & Welcoming: A warm, empathetic demeanor with children and parents.
- Growth Mindset: Reliable, detail-oriented, with strong multitask skills and a collaborative attitude.
