Front Desk Receptionist - Surf Lodge

Surf Lodge in Stinson Beach is seeking a friendly and outgoing individual for a part-time Front Desk Host . This role involves welcoming guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring they have a pleasant stay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hosting people, anticipating their needs and loves being at the beach.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival.
• Assist guests with any needs or inquiries they may have.
• Communicate with guests through our property management system.
• Collect daily payments.
• Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
• Clean rooms as needed or when housekeeping support is short.
• Ensure laundry is clean and available for room cleanings when vacant.
