As a Dental receptionist you will be the first point of contact of our patients, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsabilities will include scheduling appointments, managing patient records, handling insurance claims, and providing excellent customer service.
Must have previous Dental Office Experience.
Reliability, punctuality, excelent communication and interpersonal skills is a must to join our team. Must work well under pressure, strong multi-tasking abilities, and be detailed oriented.
Excellent customer service and professional phone etiquette is required.
Dentrix experience is required.
Salary is based on experience.
