Position Overview: As a Host, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging first impression for every guest. You’ll set the tone for a swashbuckling experience while managing reservations, coordinating with servers, and maintaining smooth seating flow during busy hours. Pirate-themed attire and a love for hospitality are essential for this role! Key Responsibilities: • Greet guests with enthusiasm and pirate charm, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they walk in., • Coordinate seating with servers and ensure tables are efficiently managed., • Answer phones to assist with reservations, inquiries, and take-out orders., • Promote and inform guests about upcoming events, themed nights, and specials., • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and entryway., • Occasionally assist with special events or themed activities, staying in character as part of the pirate crew!
