Job Description Belkin Burden Goldman, LLP, a premier New York City real estate law firm located in midtown Manhattan, seeks a dedicated In-House Process Server to serve legal court documents across the New York City boroughs. This solo role, integral to the legal team, requires an organized, independent individual capable of handling multiple cases simultaneously while supporting administrative staff. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with relevant laws and firm policies, facilitate court filings, and maintain detailed records in a dynamic legal environment focused on landlord-tenant matters.
