NJ SLP Therapy LLC is hiring for the 2024-2025 School Year at a school district in Bergen County (near Teaneck, NJ). This is a 1099/independent contractor position.
Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 3:00PM.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid New Jersey SLP license.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 3:00PM.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in K to 12th grades (varying populations including gen ed, self contained, ABA classes. Therapy type includes articulation, language, pragmatics).
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Participate in CST meetings including Initial, Re-Evaluation Planning and Annual IEP meetings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress (including trimester progress reports and SEMI billing).
