Tastes all prepared food items for quality control., • Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintain standards of cleanliness. Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food- handling procedures., • Will manage the kitchen in the absence of the Food Service Director., • Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
