Job Description
PWR House Studio is a brand-new, high-energy fitness studio built to ignite strength, wellness, and community. Our program brings dynamic, result-driven workouts that push limits and make fitness exciting.
We’re looking for passionate instructors to bring THE PWR—leading electrifying classes that inspire, challenge, and energize. If you love motivating others and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, join us and be a part of the PWR House.

About our Founder:
Our founder has a strong background in Classic Pilates and Personal Training, with extensive experience in both one-on-one and group training. She is also the owner of two Pilates training centers in Bergen County, New Jersey. Passionate about wellness and corrective movements, she focuses on strengthening the powerhouse and core when training clients, leading to remarkable improvements in their posture and overall physical performance.
In addition to leading innovative classes, she runs a comprehensive Pilates teacher training program, designed to educate and certify aspiring instructors. The program emphasizes proper technique (the “WHY” in every exercise), effective coaching methods, and a deep understanding of movement mechanics.
Inspired by these results, at PWR House Fitness Studio, she developed a dynamic program that integrates core-focused workouts with strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. The program is designed to complement a well-rounded cardio program and enhance overall fitness.
