We are looking for a reliable, organized, and energetic Personal Assistant to help support the daily operations of our busy hair salon and boutique. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys multitasking, providing excellent customer service, and keeping a fast-paced business running smoothly. If you are dependable, professional, have a positive attitude, and love working with people, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Greet clients and create a welcoming salon experience Answer phone calls, texts, and emails professionally Schedule and confirm appointments Check clients in and out using the salon booking system Process payments and maintain an organized front desk Assist the salon owner with daily administrative and personal tasks Help keep the salon clean, organized, and fully stocked Manage inventory and reorder retail products as needed Receive and organize deliveries Assist customers in the boutique downstairs by providing excellent customer service Merchandise, organize, and restock boutique displays Help with social media content, promotions, and marketing (a plus) Run occasional local errands when needed Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and phone skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Retail sales experience is a plus Experience in the beauty industry is a plus but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes initiative, has a positive attitude, pays attention to detail, and enjoys helping others.
