Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of salon practices Proven experience in hair styling and barbering techniques including straight razors. Exceptional communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively Demonstrated ability to lead store operations, manage appointments, and oversee retail sales processes Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to hair care Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while delivering outstanding customer service Pay is dependant on skill level.
