We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hair Stylist to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional hair care services to residents within senior citizens facilities, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for every client. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing a variety of hair services such as cuts, styling, coloring, and perms.
- Consulting with clients to understand their preferences and provide suitable recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation.
- Adhering to all health and safety standards and regulations.
- Building positive relationships with residents and staff within the facilities.
- Managing appointments and ensuring timely service delivery.
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- A valid NJ Hair Stylist license.
- Proven experience in hair styling, ideally with experience working with diverse age groups.
- A patient, empathetic, and respectful demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively within various facility settings.
