What We’re Looking For
Hair Stylist:
- Licensed cosmetologist in New York
- Strong skills in haircutting and styling (men’s & women’s)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and consistency
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Passion for growth and continued education
Colorist:
- Licensed cosmetologist in New York
- Strong expertise in blonding, balayage, highlights, and lived-in color
- Advanced knowledge of color theory, toning, and formulation
- Clean, precise application and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver natural, seamless results
- Strong consultation skills and client management
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, personalized services to each client
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Deliver a luxury-level client experience from start to finish
- Stay up to date with current trends and techniques
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
