Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to discuss their hair goals, preferences, and hair history.
- Recommend haircuts, hairstyles, and hair color services based on the client's consultation and hair type.
- Shampoo, condition, and style hair using a variety of techniques.
- Cut and style hair according to the client's specifications.
- Apply hair color, highlights, lowlights, or balayage.
- Perform other hairdressing services such as blowouts, perms, and hair extensions (depending on experience).
- Educate clients on proper hair care and recommend suitable hair care products.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Build rapport with clients and promote repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest hair trends and techniques.

Creative mindset and a good eye for design.
